So, I stumbled out of bed and went straight into the kitchen. Before I'd gone to bed, I'd cooked up the ingredients for home-made ginger ale. It had been steeping all night, cooling and infusing the liquid with oh-so-gingery goodness. It was cool enough to pour into the three gallon glass bottle that it would ferment in.
